9:00 AM: Breakfast
1 day will include your group 2.5 hour SUP session*
4:30 PM: Gentle Yoga
5:00 PM: Sunset Guided Meditation
7:00 PM: Dinner

**Arrival and Departure days: Please prepare your travels so that you can arrive by 4.30/5pm on day 1 to make our opening sunset meditation. Check-in will be available from 2pm onwards, This will give you enough time to get settled, sip on on some green tea and take in the spectacular river views from your new room. Our last day will conclude at noon for our final meditation closing ceremony. Departures by 1pm.
Inclusive stand up paddle boarding
Our hosts will provide a basic introduction to SUP with an experienced instructor and quality equipment. The session offers stunning views of the Elephant Mountains along with enough time to enjoy the peaceful corners of the river with a swim and play alongside your board.
