Our mini-retreat is designed to deliver all the usual touches of retreat goodness; Helping you to stretch, re-set, and relax in a well-deserved day of self-care. Our mission is to guide you on a journey through the mind, body and soul with Yoga, Meditation, Delicious vegetarian and vegan food, Tibetan Sound bowl healing and a restorative two-hour access to an underground sub-terranean spa featuring an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, Scandinavian hot tubs and a hydrotherapy pool to soak it all in.

We’re excited to host Nikki’s first class in the Uk since recently taking the leap over from Brisbane, Australia. Nikki is an alignment-based 200hr Hatha Vinyasa practitioner and teacher. She first fell in love with yoga through her initial practice with meditation, Naturally leading her on to breath work and asana. She quickly became hooked on the power of yoga and sharing her knowledge with others. She enjoys teaching creative classes that encourage students to explore, connect and tune-in with their body, no matter experience or flexibility. Nikki’s traditional training fused with her Study of anatomy and biomechanics acts as a beautiful foundation to her teaching.

Our founder and teacher, Sophie will be hosting your day along with guiding you on a journey through meditation and sound. She began her journey 12 years ago on her first trip across Asia, Igniting a love of practices that she continues to collect and learn - From yoga to bodywork. She left a career in the fashion industry to dive-in to her dream of TULA, living a more balanced life while helping others to de-stress from the overwhelm of the west. Her classes reflect her journey between the east and west, Balancing both the physical and spiritual whilst being light-hearted and transformative for her students. Her passion is to help make everyone feel welcome, Providing a safe and un-judgemental space regardless of level or background.
Located on Brighton’s seafront at the Brighton Harbour Hotel, Our venue is just steps away from the ocean and moments from all the top attractions. The hotel’s unique spa complex, built within old smugglers’ tunnels is the perfect post-yoga retreat.
Our venue is easily accessible from London Victoria (50 minutes by train then a 10-15 minutes’ walk from Brighton train station). Gatwick airport is 40 mins drive or 30 mins by train. For those of you who might want to get out and explore after your day, ‘The Lanes’ is a 5-minute walk, The Pier and The Royal Pavilion a 10-minute walk each and the many outdoor adventures of the South Downs are a 20-minute drive.
